I had a question about my order and reached out, not really expecting much, but they got back to me way faster than I thought they would. It didn’t feel like some generic copy-paste response either.

The person who replied actually seemed to understand what I was asking and helped get it sorted without any back and forth headache. The whole thing was a really smooth experience.

I’ve dealt with slow customer service from other home sites before, so this stood out. I’d order again because it felt easy and reliable.

I got a set of Kassatex towels and, I mean, they do look really nice in the bathroom. But when it comes to absorbency, they’re just kind of okay. I usually have to go over my skin a few times after a shower to feel fully dry. They’re not bad by any means, I just was maybe expecting a little more for the price

I really wanted to like this, but the style just wasn’t for me. I kept noticing the same kind of plain, dated patterns and muted colors, and once I saw that, it was hard to unsee. It reminded me of something you’d find in an older hotel room. I’m sure some people are into that vibe, but it didn’t feel fresh or interesting to me at all.

I’ll admit, I went back and forth a bit before ordering towels from kassatex because they weren’t the cheapest option I found. But when the package showed up, everything was neatly packed and felt nice right away. I washed them before using them, and that’s usually where towels either impress me or disappoint me. These held up really well. They came out soft, thick enough without feeling bulky, and just had that nice hotel-towel feel. After using them for a bit, I feel like I made a good choice and got what I paid for. I’d definitely order from them again.

I ordered from Kassatex the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. I got the tracking email soon after placing my order, which was helpful and made me feel like everything was moving along.

The package actually showed up a couple days earlier than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. The box was in good shape too, no dents, no damage, nothing weird, which I always appreciate.

I’m giving 4 stars only because the tracking didn’t update much at first, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was for a bit. But overall, it was a GOOD experience and I’d order again.

I ordered some towels from kassatex the color was pretty much what I expected. Maybe a tiny bit lighter in person than it looked online, but not in a way that bothered me or anything...

I’m giving 4 stars because I was a little nervous about whether they’d match my bathroom, and they ended up looking fine overall. I do wish they had a few more real-life photos though, just to make it easier to tell before ordering...

My checkout froze twice, and the order still ended up going through later. If that happened to me, I can imagine it might be a common issue for other people too.

The packaging looked neat and was perfectly okay, so I don’t want to knock it too much. It just felt a little plain to me and didn’t really stand out.

The material is definitely soft, so I’ll give it that, but it’s not nearly as cozy as I expected from the way it was described. It kind of feels like the promises were a bit bigger than the actual product.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just kind of off. It was tight in some areas and weirdly loose in others, so it didn’t really work for me lol. Ended up having to return it.

I actually liked the towels, but the return/exchange process was annoying. The instructions weren’t super clear, and it took longer than I expected to hear back. I thought it would be simple, well, maybe not simple, but at least smoother than it was. I also had to double-check all the conditions, which got frustrating fast. Not a terrible experience overall, but for the price, I expected the returns to be easier

I got a set of these towels and they’re actually really soft, but still have a nice thickness to them. I’ve washed them a few times already and they’re holding up well so far. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and they do feel worth it

I actually liked it when it first arrived and thought it looked decent, but after just one wash it looked completely ruined. Maybe I expected too much, but I also feel like one wash shouldn’t destroy something. Disappointing because I wanted to like it.

I washed it and it still came out super soft and comfortable. Like, really soft, really comfy. The only thing is the price feels a bit high, but I’m still happy with it.
